No. You can purchase individual courses anytime. Membership unlocks additional content and benefits.

What happens after I buy a course?
You’ll receive an email with login access and can begin learning immediately.
How long do I have access to a course?
Single course purchases include 12 months of access.
What is the difference between Flagship, Compact, and Micro courses?

What is a Virtual Preceptor?
A Virtual Preceptor simulates real clinical decision-making. If you miss a question, you get targeted teaching immediately.

Are courses CAPCE approved?
YES! Our courses are CAPCE approved. We were awarded CAPCE organizational accreditation in July of 2024.
Can I complete courses on my phone?
Yes. Kraken works on phones, tablets, and desktops.
What’s the difference between Code Beige, Code Blue, and Full Code?

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

What is Professor Kraken?
Professor Kraken is your AI-powered clinical study partner that helps you review, quiz, and master concepts faster. He is trained using all of our content as well as literature from around emergency and critical care medicine.
Do I need a Shopify account to buy merch?
No. Guest checkout is available. An account is required for online and in person courses, but not for books and merchandise.
How do I access my CE certificate?
Certificates are available in your course dashboard after completion.
Can my employer pay for my training?
Can they? Yes. Will they? That depends. Many agencies reimburse training. If you're having trouble and still need training- reach out via email (mission-control@medupros.com).
